3. Smile Daily

Studies show you feel better when you smile more. Even if you don’t want to smile, the result can be this. Not only does the smile help you get more strength and reduce stress, it also lets you connect with others. Holding your pledge means you’re going to get healthier and happier.

4. Know That Relationships Come and Go

Not every relationship is supposed to last forever to business partners, from best friends and people who fall in love with you. If people leave you, you may feel disappointed. You should rephrase the defeat though. Know there is a beginning and an end to everything.
